        Rotten management company

        Don't trust this company! If you are buying from them, you may lose your house to foreclosure. If you have a lease, you may come home to find a ten-day notice to vacate posted on your door because the property has been foreclosed upon with no notice to you. Do not trust anything they tell you!

        Run from this company!!!

        I bought a house from these people 2 1/2 yrs ago, now suddenly I receive a letter in the mail stating my home that i have been spending thousands of dollars on is no longer mine, belligton defaulted on their purchase loan and the bank is forsclosing. this is happening as we speak to hundreds of stl people. see fox 2 news, search bellington realty for the whole story.
