This was the best health care visit I have ever had! We walked in, filled out a page of paperwork and were immediately taken back to a room. We sat maybe two minutes and were greeted by an extremely kind and knowledgeable EMT followed by several more paramedics, nurse practitioners and one awesome doctor. All of the staff were very courteous, experienced and memorable. My two year old, who was under the weather, loved every single minute of the time we were there, as did I. Thank you all for a fantastic experience and IF we ever need an urgent care again (knock on wood) WE WILL BE GOING BACK THERE.

I've never met a more courteous staff! I was in with my 3 year old daughter and they were so accommodating & engaging. They gave her stickers, held her, and made her feel comfortable when she was afraid. We will come here before any other urgent care facility!

Fast, easy. Went on-line to check in and was sent reminder notices to help me. Once there I only filled out a short piece of paper, they took my insurance card and was immediately sent back to see someone. Felt I was throughly checked out by nurses, and a Dr. They went over my medical history and what prescriptions I take now. With having a pharmacy there it made things easier for me to pay and go. Staff is so friendly. If you can't get into your Dr. go here and feel well cared for.

They got us right in and were really good about taking the extra time needed to explain to my four year old each thing they were doing in their assessment. Good experience. Glad to have this place close by.

This was my first experience with an Urgent Care. Who knew it was like a mini hospital? I never saw so many people in blue coats! From the moment I walked through the front door (with extteme back pain that I thought was a kidney infection) to the moment I left (3 hours later) I was treated with extreme kindness & professionalism. They were so attentive and determined to find the source of my pain. I would highly recommend Total Access Urgent Care to ALL those who need immediate attention!! Two days later & I am feeling much better!!!

I'm a truck driver and out on the road for two weeks at a time. I usually go to the VA but my mom told me about the great service she received and how quickly she was seen. I hurt my knee several months ago and haven't been able be in town during the week to go to the VA so I thought it was worth a try. I was in and out in less than an hour with X-rays and meds as well as a referral for physical therapy. Very impressed and feeling much less pain. Thanks

I came to Total Access Urgent Care severely dehydrated for the second time this week from diarriah and vomitting. Normally I am a though stick. Today it took the efforts EMTs Aaron and Joe, Physician Assistant Jennifer, and Clinical Chemist and Phlobotamist Kayla to start an IV for delivery of normal saline and draw blood for lab tests. They gave me Zophran for my nausea and took a stool sample. They were very thorough. Overall they were excellent. Dr. Mollie suggested I contact my kidney doctor Dr Larson since I have end stage kidney disease. Dr Graham Mendle who was on call for Dr. Derek Larson suggested that I might have to be hospitalized.

I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. This Urgent Care was by far the best experience I have ever had with the medical field. The physician actually listened to the patient. He seemed empathetic and the staff were personable. I passed up many other care centers (at least 3) to come to this one - my daughter suggested them and I was more than happy. Ended up with pneumonia and had perfect medical care. I have worked in the medical field 42 years - with quite a lot of experience.

Fast, efficient, polite, very experienced. Everyone was super sweet especially the doctor. Very nice, very polite. Much better than the one in Town and Country.
