Certi Fit Auto Body Parts

WORST PLACE EVER...DO NOT SHOP AT CERTIFIT...

.Not once was I told to open the huge box to inspect it, nor were there any signs posted, basically you CANT trust them to sell you undamaged NEW parts.....DROVE 90 MILES TO PICK UP FENDER..... GUY BEHIND COUNTER WAS TO BUSY TELLING ME ALL ABOUT HIS DAMN BALD HEAD TO TELL ME TO OPEN THE PACKAGE AND LOOK AT THE PART----
What kind of company would sell you a damaged part....and then not return or replace the item.
Why do they have a NOT HAVE A notice posted that says "open up the package and inspect it".....why doesnt the guy behind the counter say that to you? Why......because they are crap.

They do NOT care about CUSTOMERS, they DO NOT care about customer service...and they DONT care about the products they sell.

If you went to Target, or actually any other company in the USA, --- and when they sold you a defective creased piece ...they would replace it.....but not certifit.....or as they now should be called UN-FIT.

UnAmerican, and Uncaring........I'm going to the BBB and small claims court.
It's not even about the money at this point .... it's about their inadequate and illegal business practices.


... AND NO CONCERN OR APOLOGY.........UNFIT.......people should be warned.
