        I have had several bad experie...

        I have had several bad experiences with the office staff here. Most recently, I arrived for an appointment only to find that the physician I was there to see wasn't even there. They said they left me a voice mail to reschedule the appointment, but I had neither a missed call nor a voice mail from them. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me. And then just today, I needed to reach their after hours on-call service. Their phone rang and rang and I wasn't able to reach anyone nor was I able to leave a message. That's the last straw for me. Their lack of care for their patients has made up my mind to find another health care provider.
