Kim Jean & Ahn Cpa's

Well i had thier services done for my taxes.

Well i dont know where to start, first off cpa's should know when taxes are due right? I would think so.

Is it my job to tell them where my paperwork is and if it is all filed?



Well tax due date is about 2 weeks away, and i tell them if they are on my case and if everything is ok. Well they say its ok,so i assured that it will be done in time. Well After another week i call them up and ask how it is going? Andrew the co-owner? answers that it will be done in time, and not to worry. Ok so i give them all the time in the world, and call them a day before the due date. Once again i am assured its done, and it will be fine , that i dont have to worry so much. OK , well its tax day and i call them up and well aparently its not done now. that it was my responsibility to come down to thier office to sign some papers,omg! when did they say this to me? No one even called me for god sakes. And so, it goes i filed late and got hit with penalties.



Then if this wasnt bad enough, they file my papers incorrectly. And i am now being auited. This is such bs, i swear why me? I didnt do anything wrong, I am a siner like everyone eles in the world, but why was i lead to such incompotence,and just over disrespect and unprofessionalism. I cant stand this if anyone out there is reading this please "pave it forward", to others to just save themselves from unessary pain.
