I had an offer accepted finally(!) on a house after trying numberous times~ I was always getting outbidded!! I was in escrow and I was working with another mortgage company at the time. I had a loan officer that kept promising me alot of things, yet when it came time to it, he could not deliver... It was quite disappointing and I almost thought I would lose the house AND my deposit because things were not getting done in time~ there seem to always be an issue, after issue...
