I have used Penrod for 3-years now and they do an excellent job. Fast, easy, and they find all the advantages to me, the taxpayer in accordance with the current tax laws which are to say the least very confusing. The offices are clean and well organized. When you call for an appointment you don't have to worry about 3 or 4 clients showing up out of the blue ahead of you wasting your time. The waiting room is beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and very helpful to get you on your was fast! I used to go to a nationwide chain and the noise, foul languange, cuts on line etc were not for me. If you want your taxes done right in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere go to Penrod.
