Big Ray's Quick Lube

After going here for almost 20 years it is time to go elsewhere. I went there today 7/14 @ around 1:20 and was greeted with a very rude & argumentative employee. I ask that he place the mileage on the sticker to say xxxxxxx and he said he could not because he couldn't guarantee the oil. I wasn't asking for this a guarantee I was asking for a reminder with mileage. After going round and round with this he finally ask me to stop staring at him like he was retarded. OK - 1st I never use this word and did not appreciate him using it and 2nd I was ask to leave when I stated I wasn't staring - just confused as to why he could not put a sticker on my car to state xxxxxxx in miles as a reminder for me. Sadly I will now search for a new location to get my oil changes. I will also mention that through the years I have sent many people to this location for oil changes. Not any more - you have lost me as a customer and I will also warn others about the treatment I received today from your employee.

They did not put a washer back in my oil pan so my brand new Lexus was leaking oil they insisted they put it back . But they did not .. my car was leaking oil bad which could ve seized my engine... beware terrible

Beware! Did not fully lube my car. We can't see what the person in the bay underneath the car is doing. Went to a mechanic for something else just after having car serviced there. The mechanic said the car did not appear to have been lubed since there was no fresh grease on the grease fittings.
