What a terrible experience. I usually shoot at Sturms in Springdale, which are by far more knowledgeable and friendly. I brought in my gun bag, and went to the counter. I told the kid it was my first time at their facility. He slapped down a piece of paper, and rang up the sale, with no further explanation other than eye protection and ear protection. You can't rapid fire, which means no double bump practice. When I finished I went to the new gun case, where the guy could hardly be bothered to pull a 1,000$ kimber from the case for me to look at. I showed him my new kimber solo, and ultra carry 2, so he knew I wasn't a kid who didn't know about guns. He could still seem to care less if I was there or not. Between the ammo, range fees and rental of an ar, I spent $100 at least. Never got a thank you, welcome to our range, please come back, nada. I had to ask for help, never greeted. That will be the last time I spend money there.

I was in the market for a pistol to purchase as a gift for my husband. I did not have a great deal of experience or knowledge with firearms and wasn't quite sure what to look for. The gentleman at Ozark Sportsman were extremley helpful and did a great job explaining the features of various guns. They made my decision very easy. I also called around to check prices at a few other locations and they were by far the most affordable.
