        Horrible, horrible experience - ruined our Persian rugs. Total discoloration. Terrible service. Dismissive and rude. Refused to compensate. Argue our carpets were worthless when came in because they were dirty. Avoid that contractor at all costs! Before engaging him check his poor ratings on BBB, Yelp and Checkbook Magazine. Do not trust their advertising! They are not using prudent cleaning methods and will not care if there is an issue. We plan to sue them.
