I've always had apprehensions about switching to a new dentist because of unmet expectations in the past. But when my regular dentist retired, I had no choice but to bring my whole family over to a new dental office. Fortunately, I found an unmatched place where we feel we are safe, well treated and welcome to be there as patients. Dr. John made us feel like his own family and provided the best care a dentist can give. He'd always explain procedures prior to treatments---its advantages and disadvatanges---and shows professionalism in everything he does. He manages his treatments in a way that is comfortable for the patient and executes a well done job.
