Lee Sexton & Associates PC

I received a letter from Mr. Bradley D. Moody with the return address of:

Bradley D. Moody

Attorney at Law

320 Corporate Ctr Court

Stockbridge, Ga 302981 [sic]



The letter had no letterhead, and in the letter, Mr. Moody tells me that “our firm” is representing my ex-husband. I looked up the address that Mr. Moody enclosed, and it is the address of Lee Sexton and Associates, a criminal defense attorney.

I googled and discovered that Mr. Moody does indeed work for Lee Sexton and Associates, but my husband did not hire Lee Sexton and Associates. I also discovered that Mr. Moody is the son-in-law of a friend of my husband’s.

I believe Mr. Moody was trying to intimidate me by claiming “our firm” was representing my husband when there was no firm, and he was simply doing a favor for a friend of his father-in-law’s.
