Teriyaki House

Food is absolutely disgusting and completely inedible! My husband and I ordered the food to go as he only had 10 minutes before he had to head to work, so we didn't think we would have time to sit and eat. I got the sweet and sour chicken, and he got mongolian beef. The sweet and sour chicken was completely drenched in sweet and sour sauce, with bland, mushy breading and the tiniest pieces of rubbery chicken within. I tried two bites (to give the first bite a second chance), and gave up-- it was SOOO nasty. I tried a piece of my husband's mongolian beef and it wasn't much better, the meat had a gross rubbery texture. Since we paid nearly $9 per meal, I asked my husband if we should ask for a refund, but since they are such a small establishment we decided against it.



We ended up getting a few minutes to sit and eat (which I didn't) and on our way out, the owner scolded us and told us that next time we need to tell them we were eating there so they wouldn't waste to- go boxes on us. It took so much for us both to hold our tongues and telling him that no way in hell would there be a next time, and demand a refund for the completely inedible food. I couldn't have been more disappointed with the food, I would actually have to rate it as the absolute WORST Asian food I have ever eaten in my life. The owner's behavior did not fare any better. I never write reviews, but felt the need to warn others DO NOT EAT HERE unless you aren't hungry and feel the need to waste food and throw your money away.

this place has some of the best teriyaki chicken i have ever had. you gotta try it. i have tried there sample platter and fell in love with it. and the people who work inside are delightful
