CLIMATE CONTROL

We've had problems with our home AC cooling and had a local AC repair company (the general) over to diagnose the malfunction. They said we needed a whole new AC unit installed ($3500). To be cautious we got a 2nd opinion, this time from CLIMATE CONTROL and we were told there was something minor wrong with the unit, only a blown fuse and would you believe over charged with freon by 4 pounds. We learned from CLIMATE CONTROL'S repairman, ART, that there are many unscrupulous AC repair companies around nowadays that intentionally try to sell the client something expensive they don't need, when only a simple repair is warranted, and they are paid a commission for the scam by the owner of the company. So be careful, get a 2nd opinion and, from our experience, trust the honesty of CLIMATE CONTROL.

Climate Control caught my attention, So I decided to give them a call for the issue I was having with my AC unit. Of course, my AC went down after hours so I expected to leave a message but the phone was answered by a human!! We scheduled an appointment for the next day since I wasn't having an emergency. Trevor and Art showed up right on time and had the issue figured out quickly. They explained exactly what my problem was and even gave me a few repair options. The service was great but what stood out to me most was Trevor and Art's attitude. My appointment was at 530 due to my schedule so after what was I'm sure a long day, they treated me like I was their best customer! These guys aren't there to just collect a check, they genuinely care about their customers. No doubt who I will call for any future issues. Thanks guys!
