        Installed my irrigation system in one day and couldn't even tell they were here. Explained everything to me very well. Highly recommended.

        Called Acu Turf on Wednesday to see if they could come out and fix our sprinkler system. It was clear to us that it was leaking somewhere because our yard was soaked. The guy came out and it was clear he wouldn't be here very long since his wife was in the truck with him. He had us turn the sprinkler's on for a minute and shut it off. Then he walked around the yard for a couple minutes and said he had no idea what was wrong with it. Then he shut the water off to the sprinkler system and said he would be back on Friday to look at it better. Friday came and he never showed up or called but we received a bill of $58.44 for coming out on Wednesday and REPAIRING the sprinkler system! He never repaired it and he even said he had no idea what the problem was. He had only been at our house for 5 minutes tops! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I can see why.

        In response, I would like to set the record straight. Customer called in the late afternoon about his yard being flooded. He had no idea as to how to shut off the water, so we handled the call as an emergency and dispatched a tech from home after hours. The tech shut down the system and asked the customer to call the office to set an appointment once the yard dries. The customer was billed for a service call only (and not at the ater hour rate). While not currently a member of the BBB we have been in the past and have a very clean record. We welcome people to call the BBB for referene. We handled this complaint through the BBB and have since been paid. It is unfortunate that some people feel compelled to get something for nothing.
