        Was taking my car there for regular fluid checks and oil changes. Come to find out they were never checking my transmission fluid they decided I didn't have a dipstick but I did and now I have no transmission and they say they're not responsible because they never did any work on the transmission! They are the experts supposedly they should have known! If your car is important to you don't risk taking it to Valvoline!

        Terrible experience! Had regular oil changes for over a year never realizing that they didn't see my transmission dipstick. Never checked it! Now my transmission is broken and they stayed because they never worked on my transmission that they are not responsible. I trusted them to be professionals and no what they were doing and they did not and now I have no car! They are taking no responsibility whatsoever!
