Applebee's

What is the point of having a car side service if no one comes out to your car. I will not use this service again, it is a Monday night and not that busy. Sad situation

Me and my fiance' went here tonight and we absolutely had the worst service. Our waitor was named Brandon, although he was nice and friendly but when it came to getting our drinks he didn't do that good of a job. My fiance' ordered an iced tea and he got old tea that was not fresh at all. Then he asked to switch to unsweet tea the waitor never even brought him the tea. So with him not having a drink he ended up having to drink my water. The table behind us also ordered drinks and he even forgot to bring them and even admitted it and he still yet not to bring them their drinks. I can say that the food was good but the bad thing about our table was that it had ants crawling on it!! That's absolutely disgusting!!! You can say that, that waitor didn't get a tip from us or the table behind us. We can aslo say that we will not be going there ever again!! Thank you Applebee's for the great hospitlity!!
