Ditto to what all the other 1 Star ratings are saying. No answering machine either to even attempt at communication. Guess I'll be playing search & rescue very soon

I took in my vacuum and was happy with the service and price. I had a pleasant time and he told me he can do all kinds of work. He joked that he's an Emmit's fix-it shop like in the Any Griffith show including a free estimate for me every time.

Guy is never there, never answers the phone, never fixes your machine, and is full of excuses. Worst service of any vacuum cleaner repair I've ever known. Am trying to rescue my untouched-for-over-a-month vacuum cleaner and get it away from him to someone else.

Worst service ever. Had my vacuum for two months before I got it back. They never were in store and never answered calls. I would never go there again.

Friendly at first BUT then didn't call when he said he would then I called 3 days in a row and no one answered the phone! My husband went to the store on Monday and Tuesday during listed business hours and no one was there! Angry, I went to get my vacuum, it hadn't been touched 3 days later! Don't waste your time! Took my vacuum to valparaiso vacuum company off 30 (by bmv complex) and they fixed it same day!!! Go there! Save your time and hassle with this store!

I went to his place of business to set up an appointment to look at our Central Vac System. He said he would call me to set up an appointment. Never called. I called him and asked for a return call...never heard from him. I will not use his services and would be reluctant to do so even if he called. If I needed him to return to repair or adjust something, how could I ever rely on him? I'm too busy to chase him down to give him my business. Called a competitor in Valparaiso...he came right out with no chasing involved. Giving it one star rating just because it will not allow zero stars.

This friendly shop services all small appliances-- not only vacuums. My vacuum couldn't be repaired but I was able to buy another for the same price a repair probably would have cost and they are recycling my old vac for parts. Before you throw out that coffee maker or other small appliance come see this guy.
