agreed! staffing is horrible. Heather in particular. I've spoken to her in the past before and she has such an attitude. I've let it slide but today she hung up on me! Didn't offer an appointment or anything. The Drs. are great but you need more prefessional staffing!!!

I can't agree more with the other reviews about the front office staff, they were rude, inconsiderate and sarcastic. I will not be going back and I suggest you don't either.

The office staff is completely unprofessional and not even courteous. Dr. Glaser is a fine doctor but the staff that backs him up is lacking. They misfile insurance claims, then refuse to refile correctly. They stop taking your calls if you pester them to do so. Dr. Glaser's associate totally screwed up my contact lens prescription and the staff wasn't willing to fix it unless I paid for another office visit. Considering it comes out of my pocket, it's not going to happen, and anyway, you screw up, you fix it! I'm now reduced to wearing an older prescription of glasses rather than contact, with readers over the glasses. Obviously I can't drive anymore and as embarrassing as it is to wear glasses over glasses in public, I make sure and tell people the eye doctor's office that screwed up my prescription so bad that I have to do it just to see. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone unless they get Dr. Glaser and can either bypass his staff or put up with idiots.
