Night Light Pediatric Urgent Care

Super upset right now at the care my son received at NightLight Pediatric Urgent Care branch in Webster. I took him in on Saturday night because he had a fever for 2 days of 102. The doctor examined him and was done within 5-10 minutes and said he had the flu even though she did NOT do a flu test on him. Sent us home and said to rest and take Motrin. All Sunday he had a fever and was miserable. Took him to his pediatrician on Monday morning at 8am and he had a double ear infection AND a sinus infection. I called Nightlight Urgent Care to express my disappointment that they misdiagnosed my son. They "investigated" and determined that my child must have developed a double ear infection and sinus infection within 24 hours. Really??!!! How is that even possible! His ears were full of gunk and there is no way that all developed within 24 hours.
The receptionist also told me that the doctor put on the chart that he had an upper respiratory infection. Seriously!!! They refused to offer a refund or even a genuine apology seeing how my son was misdiagnosed and was not given the care he needed.
Please do NOT take your child to this urgent care. My child would have been VERY sick had I listened to their medical advice instead of my motherly instincts!
