Walmart Supercenter

This has to be the WORST Walmart in America!!! You can tell no one gives a crap about customer service!!!

I have been shopping at Walmart West Memphis since they first opened the store on West Broadway, then where Kroger is now, and I still shop at the current location on service rd. I like the store and the employees, But the checkout process is really bad and now you have self service checkout on both ends, and half the time there is only 2 to 3 checkouts open. I don't like self service checkout, and will never use them. If the lines continue to get larger and larger, I guess I will have to go back to your second location, that has the name KROGER on the front. Please try and correct the problem by putting the personal touch of a casher back in this store. W. Vickers

I would give them a less Tha zero rating. Long lines, never enough checkers. Their chip card readers either don't work or won't let you change payment to credit as I do not use my pin. Employees act as though they hate their jobs. Today was my last day putting up with this mess. I will be shopping at Kroger's!!!!

This walmart is the worst store in the whole chain. it is poorly managed
The store needs to simply be SHUT DOWN!!!!!
