        My grandfather bought a ring here for my grandma almost 50 years ago. I'm proud to say that I am now the owner of it, my fiance proposed to me with it in 2013, our wedding is in one month from today. The ring is absolutely beautiful. We live all the way in San Diego. The man who sized it said he couldn't believe the quality and cut of the ring for how old it was. I get compliments on it all the time. The original ivory box was starting to fall apart after using it a lot (Plus i was probably a little careless with it)... my fiance wanted to surprise me and called Carl Doubet to see if they had the same box deep in storage, the owner was very nice to him and said he'd definitely look for one. We hadn't heard from them in about six months, we just received a package from them in the mail toda.... they sent us a new box, jewelry cleaner, and a beautiful xmas ornament, after SIX MONTHS, they saved our address and remembered us! That shows how much they care about their customers! I'm impres
