        Overall

        We took our push mower here only to be told the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty because my husband had to take the top off. (Brand new Murray mower and the pulley busted). We spoke with a rep through the company and after a fourth week of back and forth we were told it was most certainly covered under warranty but they are not certified to do the repair.

        I took my rider in for service one morning and it was ready 3 hours later....the price of the repairs were resonable. I certainly would recommend them to friends & family.
